    Hi, I’ve been using the Default Editor for creating blog posts until a post I made yesterday for which I used the Advanced Layout Editor. In doing so, the Blog post itself looks great, but on the main blog page (that lists all the posts) the image comes up but not a short excerpt of the blog post itself (as appears on all the posts that were created with the default editor).

    Is there a way to fix this so that the posts created with the Advanced Layout Editor appear on the main blog page in the same manner (/with same appearance) as those that have been done with the standard editor? My blog Link in Private Content.

    Hey,

    Try setting a manual Excerpt for each Post, if you don’t see the Excerpt field enable it in Screen Options (top right).
