I bought Enfold to make a website. Now I will quit the company and other people take over. How do they take over my license (and payments) with Enfold and how do they get their own inlog so they can work on the site?

Hey Maaikesmit,
You can simply send them your forum logins or we can remove your account so they can register using the same purchase code and you can insert username and API key in Enfold theme options – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ so they would receive auto updates. However we cannot help transferring your purchase to your client. As far as i know Envato/ThemeForest cannot as well.
