Is there a way to customize the social profile links on one page only?

Hello!
I have a site with sales pages created for clients. On those pages, I use Quick CSS and a plugin to hide the main menu and social icons and create a custom menu just for that page.
I have a request from a client to have the icons displayed, but to have them link to her social profiles, not the ones on the main site.
Is there a way to customize which of the Enfold social profile icons appear on this page (so she can choose which ones are there instead of showing the same ones that are on the main site), and can I set the social profile links for this page only?
Or would it be better to do this some other way, maybe using a separate plugin?
