Override disabling of background video on mobile

I’m using Enfold with the Business Startup demo as a starting point. My client needs the background video to show on mobile devices, but this is disabled by the theme by default. I need a way to override this and allow the video to show on mobile. I’ve seen the other posts about just showing a video that users can click to play on mobile. That is not what I want. I know it’s possible to show a background video on mobile because I’ve seen it on other sites. I don’t care if some mobile devices don’t use Javascript. This website is for a small customer base whose mobile devices should be able to display it.

Is there some way I can override the theme’s setting of not showing video on mobile?
