    Hello,

    I just bought enfold theme 3.8 and I’m doing a web but responsive menu when I wacht it on mobile don’t works.
    Well, menu changes in a ICON but the web size is like PC browser… I hope you understand me.

    I try some configurations but doesn’t works.
    Is there any problem with this or I’m doing bad something?

    Yes, no problem.

    Image 1(private content):

    This is the web now I’m doing. Watch through mobile browser

    Image 2 (private content):
    This is another web watched through mobile browser…

    Image 1… is not responsive mode for mobile.
    Image 2…is responsive.

    Why Web on the image 1 don’t show the menu correctly? like image 2 ?

    Hey!

    Your content is wrapped inside a 

    <frameset rows="100%">

    while it should not. Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

    Well,
    I desactivated all plugins (only one was active)… but I saw the page no responsive in the mobile.
    Now plugins are inactive if you want to see another ways.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi!

    I think deactivating plugins helped but you did not see it working because of caching. Now it does work fine on my end on my iphone. Please flush browser cache on your mobile devices and refresh your page a few times
