    Hi

    I’m trying to import new Icons that I downloaded from Fontello. When I upload the .zip file it gives me this error:

    Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
    Please reload the page, then try again

    Please help :).

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    It could be a problem with the php memory limit – in this case try to increase the allocated memory limit to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    How much php memory are you using on your server?

    What is your host saying about this issue?
