HI,
I added fullwidth sub menu to the page below (private) and set it up to have it jump to the sections on the page.. but it wont jump… things seem to be setup correctly…

Your links are correctly added however anchor points are not set on your sections. Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/
