JordanSeptember 22, 2016 at 9:44 pm #690419Thanks Jordan here are log in details. I noticed it was appearing on a few different speaker (portfolio item) pages too

September 27, 2016 at 5:05 am #692055Hi,
I’m sorry for the late response. Please check the login credentials carefully because it is not working.
That is actually the sidebar container which is being pushed by the portfolio grid element. Please place the portfolio grid element inside a 1/1 column layout element.

IsmaelSeptember 28, 2016 at 7:05 am #692496Hi Ismael if I put it in a 1/1 column layout it no longer stretches across the whole screen, so I don’t want to do this. Please see login credentials below.
Many thanks

September 30, 2016 at 4:11 pm #693875Hi,
I guess you’re talking about this part: http://i.imgur.com/k1Mp3LT.png
right? if not please send us precise screenshots showing what you mean. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyOctober 1, 2016 at 2:16 am #694125Hi Ansdy, yes I’m talking about that http://i.imgur.com/k1Mp3LT.png and the black area with purple blog links above it. I’m a bit scared to start deleting plugins and deleting/ installing the theme again. Can you tell me how to back up first?
Thanks
Jenny
October 1, 2016 at 2:18 am #694126I notice it starts happening when I put a widget area in the side bar area
October 4, 2016 at 5:59 am #694870Hi,
I’m sorry but you cannot add full width elements without pushing the sidebar underneath the main container. Please disable the sidebar if you want to retain the full width portfolio element.
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 10, 2016 at 12:34 am #697138Thanks Ismael I’ve already disabled the sidebar but the issue is still there. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Jenny
October 10, 2016 at 1:56 pm #697315Hi,
I still think that there are some corrupted files. Are you sure that you deleted all theme files completely before installing a fresh copy of the theme? Please make sure that you keep all plugins deactivated while testing. Also make sure that your host is not using any caching on your server. Contact them and tell them to deactivate it if necessary.
If you applied all these actions and it still does not work for you, then send us FTP access, and we take a closer look into it.
Best regards,
Andy -
