    Hi Support
    I am on the latest version but there were issues before upgrading.
    Issue
    1) There is no Mobile Menu options under – Enfold – header – Mobile Menu tab.
    and no menus are being displayed on responsive mobile site

    2) When trying to edit some pages, the Avia Layout Builder window doesn’t display. Just spins.

    Your help would be appreciated.

    Hey NimbleIT,

    You have three versions of the theme uploaded, could you first of all try to delete the ones you are not using? If you should have problems after that then please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Support
    Can I get some assistance.
    In Summary. Mobile Menu’s aren’t working and there are no options under the enfold settings.
    Also I can open the Advanced Editor, even on a new test page.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Hi Support
    I have updated the theme files via ftp and the site still doesn’t work.
    I can’t edit or create pages. The cursor just circles.
    Are you able to help. This is becoming very urgent.

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    It is not enough to update the theme files via FTP, if there are corrupted files. Please delete them at first completely and replace them with a fresh copy from your themeforest account.
