Looks like WordFence is blocking access:
Your access to this site has been limited
Your access to this service has been temporarily limited. Please try again in a few minutes. (HTTP response code 503)
Reason: Access from your area has been temporarily limited for security reasons
Important note for site admins: If you are the administrator of this website note that your access has been limited because you broke one of the Wordfence firewall rules. The reason your access was limited is: “Access from your area has been temporarily limited for security reasons”.
If this is a false positive, meaning that your access to your own site has been limited incorrectly, then you will need to regain access to your site, go to the Wordfence “options” page, go to the section for Rate Limiting Rules and disable the rule that caused you to be blocked. For example, if you were blocked because it was detected that you are a fake Google crawler, then disable the rule that blocks fake google crawlers. Or if you were blocked because you were accessing your site too quickly, then increase the number of accesses allowed per minute.
If you’re still having trouble, then simply disable the Wordfence firewall and you will still benefit from the other security features that Wordfence provides.
If you are a site administrator and have been accidentally locked out, please enter your email in the box below and click “Send”. If the email address you enter belongs to a known site administrator or someone set to receive Wordfence alerts, we will send you an email to help you regain access. Please read this FAQ entry if this does not work.
Thanks,

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

IsmaelOctober 1, 2016 at 10:22 pm #694256Hi Ismael,
This site should be accessible now. The resolution of the tablet (Medion) is 1920 by 1200 px, but the problem is related to Android, because I have the same issues on a Samsung tablet. Thanks in advanced
October 5, 2016 at 4:48 pm #695611Hi,
this does not happen on my android device. Your submenu is working fine for me. Could you fix it already?
Best regards,
AndyOctober 20, 2016 at 12:14 pm #701816Hi Andy,
The submenu doesn’t work on the devices with Android device 5.1. My client works with a Medion S10352 (10.1 inch and 1280px by 800px, and Android 5.1) and sees the menu and submenu, but the submenu is not clickable. Could you look into this? What I have done is adding this code in the quick css, but have deleted it again:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1280px) { #mobile-advanced, #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { display: block; } nav.main_menu { display: none; }}
With the code above, my client told me -still on that tablet- that he didn’t see the hamburger menu icon, instead the whole menu was visible outside the website, meaning he had to scroll horizontally. All very strange…
Bottomline, I removed the addition code again from the quick css. The normal menu is on again, but the submenu is not clickable on the device tested on and mentioned above. Any solution here? Thanks in advanced!October 21, 2016 at 1:48 pm #702371Hi,
no, we can’t reproduce the issue on our android device. It works totally fine on our end. Submenu open as it is suppose to.
So I suggest to say to your client to use a different device and/or clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. If we can’t reproduce the issue, then we can’t do much about it.Best regards,
Andy -
