I have a contact form on my main page (rentappeal.com) that won’t save any custom text such as email address, custom subject, or autorespond text. If I create the same form on any other page, custom text can be saved. I’m not using any custom code on the main page, so I guess one of my page elements is breaking the contact form.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting? Is there an easy way to make a copy of that page and begin deleting elements to see what’s causing the problem?

September 20, 2016 at 6:15 am #688931Hey w84me2p,
You can copy a page by activating debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. Simply copy/paste the shortcode into a new page.
It that doesn’t work out for you then please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
RikardSeptember 23, 2016 at 10:01 pm #691029I’ve enabled debugging and this is interesting: In the debugging window, the text is correct, but when I view the Contact element or page, the information is wrong. I’ll include a PM with my login. If you go to the Contact form on my main page, update the email address (default is (Email address hidden if logged out) ) and the Form Title. Save the page and the correct information is saved. But, as soon as you go back and save the page a second time, the defaults re-appear.
September 28, 2016 at 1:17 pm #692587Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Afterwards deactivate all your plugins, especially your cloudflare function.
Best regards,
