Today somebody told me my site look like sh*t. He thought it was broken. So I checked … Nothing to see. All looked good.
Turns out he was using Microsoft Edge to surf the web. And indeed … If I check the site with Edge … It is all messed up.Now … I noticed that it’s not only my site that has a problem. Also other sites, like the Enfold theme-demo page (!) don’t show up correctly.
Check it for yourself: http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold
Question: what the heck is this? Will it be solved? And why is almost nobody else complaining about this problem?
I know that less then 5% of the internet users browse the web with Edge, but still …

BasilisSeptember 29, 2016 at 11:23 am #693047Any idea when this issue will be solved? Because it turns out that more and more people start using Edge … (God knows why).
Thank you for the support!September 29, 2016 at 12:30 pm #693069I think the reason is – because Windows10 was the first OS from Microsoft that was nearly for free ( or for nothing :lol)
but by the way you “compeled” me to go from my office “El Capitan” to private PC and your link above to enfold demo site – nothing is broken on my end here!
Windows 10 / EdgeHtml 13.10586what in detail is messed up ?

I’d say it’s something in your end, i just checked it on mine (Win 10 / Edge) and noted no issue, can you try this demo site and check if the issue occurs?
http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=angularBest regards,
JosueOctober 1, 2016 at 3:41 pm #694219On my edge angular is ok too!
October 1, 2016 at 3:46 pm #694220long time ago there was a thing with edge – but it was only one thing :
IE browser got problems if a positioning was set to absolute without giving a positioning to the parent div !
Sometimes Enfold sets up positioning without regarding this.
But as you see above – i actually got no trouble with Edge and Enfold ( nor Angular)October 12, 2016 at 12:41 am #698117Hi!
Let us know if you find anything else, we will do report it to Kriesi.
Thanks a lot
Cheers!
