    Something has happened to a site I have been working on, losing my Menu and Navigation bar, with links all over the front of pages.

    If I can not fix the problem, can someone tell me how to restore back to an older version of the site?

    I do have the lite plan of VaultPress, never used it though. Is there a built in feature from WordPress?

    Any help would be much appreciated,
