    Hello,

    I am experiencing another problem with the “Comments” item of the Avia editor. It stop working, just showing a loading symbol. I updated Enfold to 3.8. Still not working.

    I saw a thread (#681834) in the forum about the same issue, were you able to fix the problem for the author of that thread? If so, would you be kind enough to share the solution?

    I just launched a contest inviting users to post comments on the site, I am desperate!

    Your help would be much appreciated.

    Hi!

    What exactly is the issue are you having? Comment element shows up on the frontend and i was able to add to your content. If Advanced Layout Builder is not loading on your end, please try logging in with the credentials you provided for us.

    I did try posting a comment on the same page and still, I get the loading icon and nothing else. The comment is lost.

    Hey!

    I tried once again and it worked fine too. Which browser and OS are you using? Also, are you using any addons on your browser? If you are, please try disabling them and check if that helps.

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
    Also, please try commenting using the user account you created for us
