Adding Portfolio Category To Permanlinks

Hello,

I wanted to add a category to my permalinks for my portfolio items. I am building a menu and I wanted it to look like this:

Food ( Portfolio Items Base)
Then under food I want to have the categories show such a salads.

so it would be /food/salad/portfolio_item
