    Hi, I entered the API key in the theme settings but the Google maps are still missing on the site…

    Hi DROR!

    Which version of the theme are you using? If not the latest 3.8, please update the theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. We made some improvements to Gmaps element.

    Hi, i’m using the latest 3.8. Just updated it and entered the Google API but the maps are not working.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    I removed extra “content_copy” from API key and it worked.
