Hello Kriesi Team,
I have been trying to resolve a problem with Kriesi support (Andy) for over a month. With all due respect, the responses have been almost “canned” and merely deflect the question with non-specific responses (update plugin, clear cache, delete everything and reinstall, corrupted files, update WP, we don’t see the problem, login not working, different browser, etc). But, I was happy to execute these, to properly troubleshoot, but nothing has worked.Again, with all due respect, these solutions do not make sense when, as stated, “The problem occurs on all my installations of Enfold. Here is another website with the same problem.” But, the next solution would, yet again, ignore this fact. I even tried to restate the problem so it wasn’t a case of unclear communication.
I also provided screenshots clearly demonstrating the problem: layout of Search Results page(s) look nothing like the Enfold Demo’s results page

Kind Regards,

Sorry for the late reply, and thank you for sharing the screenshots.
The major difference that I notice are page title and sidebar in the search result page.
If you have disabled the sidebar on the pages in Enfold > Sidebar options then the sidebar won’t show in the search pages.
To enable it please go to Enfold > Sidebar > and select Right sidebar on pages as seen in below screenshot.
Then make sure the sidebar has some widgets added in Appearance > widgets > sidebar
To display the page title please go to Enfold > Header > Header Layout > Header Title and Breadcrumbs > Select the options that suit your design best from the drop down list.
If you still have any issues please share the login details in private content.
Best regards,

September 17, 2016 at 8:52 pm #688007Hi Vinay,
Thank you for the detailed response. It solved part of the problem. With your directions, the sidebar is now there. Great! But, the primary problem still remains: layout for results. The Enfold Demo displays them vertically — you navigate results quickly and easily via scroll. Mine displays buttons (circled numbers) for each result that require user to click through each one/new page load. This is really apparent when comparing the screenshots.
Look forward to a solution and thank you.

NicoleSeptember 18, 2016 at 5:42 am #688038Hi,
To increase the number of paginated items in search result please check Settings > Reading > “Blog pages show at most”. I believe this setting also controls how many search results are displayed per page.
If you have any further issues please feel free to get back to us.
Best regards,
