    is it possible to bind special functions like page builder elements to special user roles in the enfold backend / page builder ?
    maybe with an 3th party plugin ?

    Hey wozo,

    Not as far as I know and it would unfortunately take a lot of customisations to implement it. If you are looking to hide certain functions from a user roll then you should be able to do so using CSS.
