On the home page of my site, I have a main menu and secondary menu. On the other pages on the site, I would like to flip the location of both of these – move the secondary menu to the main menu location and vice versa.
What’s the best way to do this? If possible I would prefer to do this without a plugin.

That wouldn’t be possible without extensive changes to the theme unfortunately, but you could try a plugin like this maybe? https://wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/
