    Hi guys, we’re having issues with a website that does not show Advanced Editor OR the kitchen sink for the text editor on posts. This happened very recently. Have disabled plugins, updated theme, and still had issues occur.

    When we click “Advanced Editor” we simply get a # appear at the end of the URL with no changes to page.

    Hey mdmllc!

    That can be an issue with the server and your hosting php memory limit.
    Can you please ask your hosting company to increase it to 256M and let us know if that will work?

    Nope, does not look to be the issue. Still having problems. We have different websites that are running fine.

    Thank you! 3.7 was only showing for us, and this fixed the issue.
