Multiple users are having issues with the page builder including me that prevent us from making any changes to our sites. It’s a pretty serious bug that you have not responded to and most if not all have tried the things you have suggest but still nothing.
I can keep creating users that allows me to do one change then it breaks again. I have to repeat again.
You folks have identified it as a bug so If someone doesn’t respond with its “being fixed” I have to take my three sites to another template and I will be sure to review the enfold template stating its not usable until this bug is fixed.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this issue may have caused you. Could you please provide the link to the site plus the wp login and ftp credentials? The issue is not present on other installations so it’s probably a plugin or a server specific issue.
