    I can get into the WP backend but when I try and edit any page within the site, there’s a grey circle which stops the entire page from loading properly. I thought it was a temporary problem but it’s on-going and I cannot edit the site.

    Can you please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately? Also, we would need FTP logins if you do not mind.

    What is the FTP login you need refer to? Is that the Managed WordPress through the host (GoDaddy)?

    I have checked, can you please ask your hosting provider to increase the php memory limit to 256M and please let us know if that wirll work for you?

    The PHP memory was increased to 256 by GoDaddy yesterday, but it unfortunately didn’t fix the problem.

    Following up to see if you can help source and troubleshoot the problem. Still unable to edit any pages due to the pages not loading.

    Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thank you. I uploaded the Enfold theme folder via FTP as recommended and unfortunately the problem still exists. Can you troubleshoot the problem?

    The FTP credentials previously sent are correct. Just used and got in via FileZilla. I originally contacted GoDaddy about the “Unknown host key” pop-up window and they said disregard and hit OK. They also said to the Port number is required.

    Checking in on status. I haven’t been able to go in and edit the site since Sunday. Were you able to access FTP?

    Hi,

    I re-installed the theme and tried de-activating all plugins etc. Did not work. However i created a new admin account and checked if ALB loads correctly and it did.

    Hey!

    We were able to identify the root of the problem. The new Enfold version 3.8 should fix the issue for good, on old accounts, old or new ;)
    Please update and let us know if it helped. Make sure to clear your browser cache after updating ;)
