Can you tell me how to delete the “Company Name” that appears in the iPhone view in the responsive theme? I would at least like to replace it with the correct business name of my client. Site is at http://8f5.1bb.myftpupload.com/

It seems like you referred to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-subtext-to-logo-replace-logo-with-site-title/ and added subtext to your logo. Please go to Appearance > Editor > Functions.php file and change the text as needed
