    I am having an issue where the page loads to the public okay, but when I go into edit the page the builder just spins… I can see all the standard WordPress menu’s but the builder just sits there. Any ideas?

    The builder works fine on other pages.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    Jordan- thank you for the tip. Turns out the MemberPress plugin is causing this.

    I guess i’ll need to contact them for further support.

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    You could ensure the plugin is up to date and then contact MemberPress plugin for support to ensure it is compatible with both the new version of WordPress and Enfold.
