LayoutManager not working in Enfold 3.7.1 with WP 4.6

Hi, I am experiencing many JS issues as well running WP 4.6 and Enfold 3.7.1.

My known issues are:
– Cannot make new posts using the Advanced Layout Builder;
– Theme Shortcodes cannot be added for Icons;
– Sprout Invoices not working (SproutApps is currently looking into that as I thought it was a single Sprout Invoices Issue);

Are we the only ones? Thanks!

It is a bit quiet on the support for these issues…

With regards to the issues I have reported, some resolved magically today (caching issues?)
– Cannot make new posts using the Advanced Layout Builder UPDATE: solved spontaneously
– Theme Shortcodes cannot be added for Icons UPDATE: solved spontaneously
– Sprout Invoices not working UPDATE: on the request of Sprout apps I have activated a WordPress standard theme. Sprout invoices was working beautifully. Reactivation of Enfold did not solve the issue. Sprout Invoices seems to conflict with your new update 3.7.1.

Hopefully all issues with Enfold will be resolved soon, and would appreciate if the issue with Sprout Invoices could be resolved since it seems related to the Enfold update.

Not sure if this helps anyone but I am able to use the ALB when using Portfolio Items and Posts, just not Pages.

I have gone through all of the steps provided in http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/ but nothing has helped.

I also tried to uninstall the theme and reinstall it manually, that didn’t work either.

This actually just started happening, I had already updated the theme and it was working.

I even went as far as manually installing an older version I had, 3.6.1, and that didn’t work either.

I hope somebody figures this out soon.
