    Hi,

    We are experiencing an error message every time I try and edit a contact form. “Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again.”

    We are also experiencing a problem with the Advanced Layout Editor not loading on certain pages. These pages have the contact forms so I’m guessing it could be related to the same problem. The website was running smoothly until a few days ago and nothing was uploaded or changed.

    We have tried reinstalling Enfold and WordPress. The Enfold theme and WordPress are all up-to-date. We have deactivated all the plugins and there was still no change.

    Can you advise me on anything else I can do to try and fix this problem?

    Hi Rikard,

    Pages that don’t load the Advanced Layout Editor:
    Contact
    Have An App Idea

    The Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again, problem occurs on any contact form which then effects the color sections and any column it is placed in with the same problem.

    Hi,

    It’s working fine on my end on the page in private, could you try clearing you browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps please? You could also try a different browser and/or machine.
