I tried to troubleshoot your site but looks like a different theme is active. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- FTP username and password.
- The URL to the login to WordPress site.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

August 30, 2016 at 10:19 am #679305Hi,
I tried to deactivate the plugins and check for any conflicts but it appears that the code you may have added in functions.php is not as per the documentation. Please remove the code and add a child theme. kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
Best regards,
VinayAugust 30, 2016 at 10:27 am #679311the code is added correctly now at the function.php . but pagebuilder keep spinning. please check now.
thanks for your support
August 30, 2016 at 12:48 pm #679373Hi,
There is a js error in the Console. It is not due to plugins so the other cause may be custom code added in functions.php please remove all custom code and check the page builder issue.
If that don’t resolve the issue please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
Vinay -
