    i update enfold theme and got an error message below

    Warning: require_once(framework/avia_framework.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/gosim/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 104

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘framework/avia_framework.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/gosim/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 104

    Hey Armstrong88,

    I tried to troubleshoot your site but looks like a different theme is active. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • FTP username and password.
    • The URL to the login to WordPress site.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    thanks , i have fixed it. i went to the cpanel to uninstall the enfold theme and re install again. and it worked nice

    the second thing is that, the backend page builder keep loading and does not open in another website i did, i am using the enfold latest updated theme, i deactivate all plugin to test it, still the same. , pls help me look into that, here is my login

    adding the code in function.php shows a section with codes under the page bulder but the page buider itself did not open, it keep loading

    Hi,

    I tried to deactivate the plugins and check for any conflicts but it appears that the code you may have added in functions.php is not as per the documentation. Please remove the code and add a child theme. kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/

    the code is added correctly now at the function.php . but pagebuilder keep spinning. please check now.

    Hi,

    There is a js error in the Console. It is not due to plugins so the other cause may be custom code added in functions.php please remove all custom code and check the page builder issue.

    If that don’t resolve the issue please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
