    Is it possible to have a very small text underneath image product placeholder that says “Product presentation may vary”

    Yes i found this solution by placing a shortcode in sinbple product widget ;) not sure if its the right solution :) or i needd some CSS

    If you would like to use custom CSS, please add following one to Quick CSS 

    .single-product-main-image .images:after {
    content: 'La presentación del producto puede variar.';
    font-size: 11px;
}
