    I found this Tutorial – Change archive (category/tag) blog style – here in the Enfold Documentation but when I tried it, it doesn’t work.

    I then found thisanswer to a previous question, which does work, i.e. my archive pages are now using the single author small preview.

    So I don’t have a problem as such, more curious as to:
    1. Are both these solutions supposed to do the same thing?
    2. Why doesn’t the Tutorial work? It’s nearly 2 years old, has the code theme changed so this solution no longer works?

    Hey zimbo,

    The code from the tutorial does work on my end, either way it would be easier for us if you tell us the exact layout you’re trying to achieve (grid, read more, only title, etc), so we can provide you the exact code.

    As I originally posted, using the second solution has given me the layout I want, my question was more curiosity – but the Tutorial definitely didn’t work for me, but no matter. Closed.
