Hi, I’ve created a site for a client and it looks good but for some reason, the mobile and tab version are horribly disfigured. How do I fix this?
Thanks, Osa.
August 26, 2016 at 3:15 am #677889Hey OsaOsagie,
Your site is suppose to look like the link in private but there seem to be an issue with the CSS styles loading when the site is accessed on mobile phone.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

September 1, 2016 at 3:27 pm #680773Hi,
Your website looks fine on my end on mobile and for tablets, please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { .flex_column { width: 100% !important; margin-left: 0 !important; }}

September 21, 2016 at 7:45 am #689651Hi,
CSS is not being loaded on your mobile site obviously but I can’t see what is causing it. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I’ve tried all the different suggestions and my site is still not mobile responsive. My client is not happy about this and is thinking of swirtching templates. What else can be done?April 11, 2017 at 5:25 pm #776204Hi,
You are using a very old version of the theme. Please update the theme to the latest version from Enfold > Update Theme
This will overwrite all old files and any bug that is in there should be fixed as well.

AndyApril 26, 2017 at 2:15 pm #783481What browser are you using? Why isn’t it working on my end?
April 26, 2017 at 8:51 pm #783686Hi,
I can see the issue now. There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Keep all plugins deactivated while testing. Make sure no caching or any cloudflare function is activated. Also ask your host about any caching and tell them to deactivate it completely.
Best regards,
Andy -
