    Hello !

    I’ve tried so much solutions, but Google Maps still doesn’t work on my website (link in Private Content).
    I have my API Key and entered it in my Enfold settings.

    I’ve managed to update 2 sites no problem but struggling with third.
    Tried different keys, tried ones that are working by adding key and site to google API even added code to functions.php.
    It just won’t fetch coordinates.
    Help!

    I inserted my domain with the following syntax : yourdomain.com/* instead of *.yourdomain.com/*

    Hi!

    We have updated the documentation and added

    IMPORTANT: If you want to enter your domain make sure that you use the format that google already suggests: *.yourdomain.com/*
    Do not use http or www but the general * symbol, otherwise you might run into trouble.

    Can you please check if that will help?

    Also, we passed your information to our devs. They will look into the issue and update you on this thread.

    Hi thanks for getting back to me.
    Tried them all.
    I know it’s something to do with Google but what?
    The other sites using enfold theme worked fine!

    Hi,

    If you already created an API key please delete all old API key’s from google account to avoid a conflict.

    While setting up the API key make sure to add * before and after the domain name without http, www or https in the URL.

    Example *.kriesi.at/*

    Add your API key in the theme options Enfold > Google Services and it should work.

    Please note that for some users it takes up to 24hours to get updated.

    Exactly the same, one site works one site doesn’t.
    Works on this site using Enfold.

    Hi,

    The map on your contact page is working on my end, did you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times? You could also try a different browser and/or machine.

    I think you misunderstand.
    It works on marshallerrock.co.uk
    but not on roylemac10.com
