Começou: Nova Friburgo Vai Dar a Volta Por Cima com Glauber 50 Prefeito

I had sidebars in this post, they are not showing as they were before.

Since it was very baddly organized the content after the sidebars desactivated i went to the topic and put no sidebars in the post but it is still showing a black sidebar.

This one is showing some others are not. I said It was urgent, took days for you to answer and you did not even took time to see what is going on.This site is having a lot of views every day and people are seeing a shit website. So I need a specific answer and please in few hours, or I will have to complain on your envato page.

Hi,

Please update WordPress to 4.6 and Enfold to 3.7.1 firstly – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

http://www.glauber50prefeito.com.br/comecou/ I am using 4.6. I desactivated all plugin and i still have a problem in this page. As for update the theme i placed my envato api key and it was saying i could update from my dashboard, i am not trying other updates because i know your previous version also had sidebars.
This support is not aceptable, you are slow to answer and simple guessing. I need you to serios have a look on what is causing this bug, please in the enxt very few hours or i will have to complain on your envato page.

the theme is updated althought it said in its painel i was running latest version. I can send you a picture of this other bug.

Now i am running 3.7.1

it is ok, now. but it wasn t and it was all ok with my sidebars. that was surely a bug.
