I attempted to use the Advanced Editor on a recent blog post because I wanted to insert a video with the Video Feature.
This is what I did: I copied and pasted text from Word into the Default editor. I added images. Then to insert the video, I turned on the Advanced Editor. The content and images automatically went into a text box which I expected. However, upon returning to Default editor, that content doesn’t show anymore.
    The problem is…
    1. The text box in the Advanced Editor doesn’t have nearly the same features of the Default Editor (specifically the Read More Tag). It is very basic.
    2. On the blog post page, that particular post doesn’t show an excerpt (just the title).
    3. The Featured Image also doesn’t show up (even though I have not selected to “hide the image on single post.”) I ended up having to insert it as an image above the text box in the body of the post.

What am I missing? Does the Advanced Editor not work for blog posts? Does it not allow for a Read More tag?
Or was the problem when I switched from Default to Advanced Editor? Must I open the Advanced Editor first and then copy & paste?

    Hey blaaklistwriters,

1- Please turn on debugging mode – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ to see shortcodes in default editor
2- Please edit your blog posts and click “screen options” on the top right corner and check “excerpt” and then scroll below your content and add excerpt into excerpt field.
3- You should add featured image manually using Image element when using ALB to create your blog posts. The same goes for Comments and Social Share buttons :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
