Contact form issue – not sending to same domain

Hi there,

I realise there are a few threads to the contact form issue not being able to send emails to same domain emails. I have tried everything, nothing seems to work. I got in touch with the hosting and they have a few questions :

1) What is the public ip for the aries.arkdata.com.my (When I receive the form on my gmail account, it says for sent from user email via aries.arkdata.com.my )

2) Can you provide specific email sender for the mail ? ie : (Email address hidden if logged out)
What would the actual sender email be for my hosting to check? Is it (Email address hidden if logged out) ? ( i also tried the insert at functions.php and still nothing, only gmail accounts receiving, including testing with other plugins)
