    Hi there,

    I’m having an issue with my portfolio tags, as in they have all gone missing in the “Portfolio Categories” in WP and on any Portfolio Galleries on the site. When I open Portfolio Items, I see the categories next to each item, but that is the only mention of them. What’s stranger is that when I create a new category, If I leave the categories page, it disappears. Any help you might be able to give, would be super appreciated!

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for the login details, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

    Hi Rikard,

    I went through and disabled each plugin, until they were all deactivated, and it still didn’t correct the issue. Sorry for the delayed response. I didn’t see a reply.

    No problem, could you try updating to the latest version of the theme (3.8) to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I just updated to 3.8 and gone through and disabled all the plugins again, but it still hasn’t fixed the issue.

    Hi,

    Does this issue happen with a default WP theme as well?

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
