    Thank you so much for your wonderful theme. I am using it to build my church website. We will be live on September 5th. I encountered some challenges along the way. Your support forum usually answers my dilemma. I am able to overcome some issues with solutions and work around through reading the your forum except for Masonry Gallery issue. So here goes.

    I am running WP ver 4.6 with Enfold Child Theme ver 3.6
    My plugins includes: Contact Form 7, ECWD Upcoming Widget, Event Calendar WD Pro, Google Doc Embedder and Series Engine.

    In my Gallery Page, I have posted 3 galleries using Media Element, Masonry Gallery and video. The pictures only shows up when it is configured with Flexible Masonry – this is no problem. The issue is this: When I try to view the gallery. I click on the picture and then click on the arrow to see the next picture. The picture is displayed twice or thrice before it moves to the next picture. The number count on the bottom right shows a fraction where the denominator shows 3 times the configured image number.

    I did not encounter this issue with another page, where only 1 Masonry Gallery in posted with Medial Element,Advance Layer Slider, plugins, Calendar and Upcoming events.

    I hope there’s an easy fix because I am a newbie.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the kind words. I checked your site and a plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Hi,
    I did what you requested and found that when I deactivated the Series Engine plugin. Masonry Gallery is working. This is sad news for me because this is the most important plugin for the site. We use it for sermon and podcast. Is there a work around it please?

    you need to contact plugin’s author about it. If he can’t help you then maybe there is another plugin for you out there or you can always hire a freelancer developer to make it compatible for you: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
