Hi to all,
I’ve updated Enfold, WordPress to 4.6 and Woocommerce to 2.6.4. Since I have made the updates it is no longer possible to edit the starting page without deactivating Woocommerce. Can you help me? Thank you very much!!!
Kind regards,
JochenAugust 21, 2016 at 12:17 pm #675307Hi jaymesbond,
Your theme does not seem to be updated (3.1.2), could you try to update to the latest version (3.7.1) please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I’m not sure what is causing it but you are getting a 500 internal error in the WordPress backend. Please contact your hosting provider to find out more or to get it restored to a previous state.

August 22, 2016 at 9:09 am #675579Hi Rikard,
thanks for answering. I have copied the “Error Log” protocol of the Server for the last 2 days into the private content area. Maybe you can derive the problem from it? Thanks a lot! JochenAugust 22, 2016 at 9:29 am #675581If I rename woocommerce in the FTP to woocommerce2 then everything works fine in the backend! Thus Woocommerce is troubling with the theme?!?
August 23, 2016 at 6:32 am #676192Hi,
It looks like it from the error log yes, please try renaming your plugin catalog via FTP then activate the plugins one by one to see which one is causing the issue.
Thanks,
RikardAugust 23, 2016 at 12:39 pm #676349Hi Rikard,
I have de-activated all plugins and activated them one by one. It comes back to the point that WooCom is interfering. I have also de-activated the child-theme but still WooCom is blocking the backend. How should we go one? Do you need an FTP access? Greetings Jochen
August 23, 2016 at 11:05 pm #676705Herr you get the access the Ftp server. Hope that helps you. Thanks a lot for checking! Jochen!
August 26, 2016 at 8:29 am #678002Hi,
I deactivated all plugin to troubleshoot the issue and activated only WooCommerce and everything works fine. It’s not WooCommerce that’s causing the issue but some other plugin please activate one plugin at a time and refresh the page to find out which plugin is causing this issue.
Best regards,
