Hi guys . I’ve ticked the responsive box for my theme but it isn’t working when viewed on mobiles or when reducing screen size. Any tips? Cheers. Greg at Learnmtb.com

    Hey learnmtb,

I checked your site on my android phone and it works perfectly fine.. Please describe what is the exact issue you are facing.

Hi, we’ve tried it on a couple of android phones and the scrolling images aren’t shrinking. Also when I downsize the window on my laptop same thing happens. If you look as this website: DefconCycles.com.au that also uses enfold you can see how everything incl the images all shrink down. Thanks!

    #675478

It maybe that my images are too large. Currently they are 1900 x 750. I will shrink them a bit this week and see if that helps. The DefconCycles.com.au site I gave you as reference to one that works uses 1600 x 600 images. I’ll try that.

    Hi,

You are using Fullscreen slider while example site is using Fullwidth Easy Slider element. Could you please try recreating your slider using Fullwidth Easy Slider element? :)

Thanks for your help!. I’ve been trying to edit the site and incorporate your suggestion for image sizes but avia layout builder just won’t load, even at my work with a good internet connection. Any idea what’s wrong with it?

Also when I try to ‘UPDATE’ the site I get a 403 error code like I was getting before you guys fixed the last problem.

    Hi,

We need to take a closer look at the backend to check the layout builder issue. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

Any luck yet getting my site to work with your theme? It’s very urgent as this is my only point of contact with new clients. Thanks, Greg

    Hi,

I noticed that you have used a caching plugin. Activate it again and then open your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site. Afterwards deactivate the plugin again. Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue. Keep all other plugins deactivated as well.

    Best regards,
    Andy

Hi Andy. That didn’t work. Deactivated all of plugins – then reset as suggested but avia builder still doesn’t work. I give you permission to try whatever you like to make the site editable please- as you now have my login details- I just really need the site working properly, it’s my business! Please fix and let me know or ill have to stop using and get a refund for enfold. Thanks, Greg

    Hi,

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Best regards,
    Andy

    #679857

Hi. tried what you suggested. Reinstalled it all and avia still won’t load. This seems to be a very common problem as I googled ‘avia layout’ and immediately ‘avia layout builder won’t load’ came up as the most searched!
Is this theme just not working? Please fix.. You have all my login details.
