Hello. With the enfold theme active, the plugin update badge shows 1, even though my plugins are actually all up to date. I know enfold is the reason because when I activate another theme this goes away. I tried deleting enfold and reinstalling, and as soon as I activate Enfold this Update badge of “1” appears. Enfold is up to date at 3.7.1, however this problem was there even with the previous version.
Thank you

August 19, 2016 at 6:52 am #674520Hi,
Thanks for the information.
I was able to log in and view the dashboard. However, I am not seeing the plugin update badge reflecting that there are any updates, please see my screenshot.
Try clearing your browser’s cache and please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

August 19, 2016 at 11:22 am #674672Hi,
Please install transient plugin and clear the transient https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/
Let us know if this helps.
Best regards,
VinayAugust 31, 2016 at 2:54 am #679765I deleted the transients, but the “update plugin” transient will not delete no matter what I do. So, the update badge is still there. If I suspend transients it goes away, so it probably has something to do with this.
August 31, 2016 at 6:27 am #679817Hi,
Thanks for getting back to us!
Can you also not edit the expiration time on the transient? You can simply suspend the transient so that it does not show up or update.

JordanFebruary 20, 2018 at 1:19 am #914604Hi, I have the same problem with Enfold Version: 4.2.3.
I installed the Transients Manager but don’t know what I am supposed to do with it!
It shows 31 transients! I don’t want to delete anything without knowing what it is!
What am I looking for?
Please advise.Thank you.

You should be able to delete all of those. If you want us to take a closer look then please include admin login details in private.

February 20, 2018 at 9:28 pm #915049Hi,
That seems to be an issue with your hosting on how they cache the backend.
It would require some time to get things out.Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 20, 2018 at 10:36 pm #915085Thanks, the badge is gone now.
