Hi –
I have seen a few threads regarding this problem and a few that says it will be fixed soon so I am hoping there is a real fix for it and not just a code hack?If you reduce the amount of products purchased on the cart page and choose the option to update the cart it does not work as I think you are aware of.
Can you let me know as soon as possible what you suggest as we want to launch soon?
Thank you for your attention. I really want to use this theme for this client.
Best
August 18, 2016 at 12:34 am #673909Hi ocninteracitve!
Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.7.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Issue was already resolved.
Cheers!
YigitAugust 18, 2016 at 1:09 am #673938Great! I was constantly checking the update notice on the theme options dashboard but did not see that one was available. I will try it now.
Thanks!
August 18, 2016 at 1:16 am #673941Hey!
Please do so and let us know so we can mark the thread as resolved or assist you further :)
Cheers!
YigitAugust 18, 2016 at 1:36 am #673947Ok after a manual update of the theme it works! Thanks. Should I worry that the notice for updates for the theme is not working however? – (I know that is a different issue). It still says I am running 3.7.1
Thanks againAugust 18, 2016 at 1:39 am #673949Hi,
3.7.1 is the latest version so it is showing correctly. If you do not receive auto updates in future, please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,
Yigit -
