Hi! How do I add the google translate in the secondary menu? Right now, I have it beside the phone no. extra element but would love to have it as a secondary menu instead.

I’m not sure if it will work but could you try adding it as a menu item under Appearance–>Menus? If not then you could try adding it to a header widget: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
