    Hello,

    Every time i rename the form title – it goes back to “Send us mail”

    Can somebody please help me with this issue!?

    Hi Boria20000,

    Please try to delete the item and try to recreate it, if that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private and we’ll have a closer look.
