Will I lose my changes if I update to 3.7.1?

Hi,

I see the notification to update Enfold from version 3.6.1 to 3.7.1 and it comes with this warning message:

Please Note: Any customizations you have made to theme files will be lost. Please consider using child themes for modifications.

Please can you clarify what this means. Within Enfold theme options, I’ve made heavy use of all the customisation options (Theme Options / General Layout / General Styling etc.) and I’ve used the Quick CSS box to make changes like the ones I’ve copied below (code given to me by your kind support team).

Will all of these remain if I update to 3.7.1. – and if not, what should I do to keep the site looking and functioning as it currently does?
