It has given me the following error for both entering the administrator and the frontend. I have consulted with the support of the housing and have increased me php version 7 of solving the problem in question.Still want to know if it’s just a matter of php version or there may be some other process staff- with the latest upgrade- generated there can rebuild this problem.

You got that error because all the memory assigned to your installation was consumed, I’m guessing that PHP7 is more memory efficient and that is the reason it solved your problem.

The php version was 7, I went back to php 5.6 nothing happens, so i tried again php7 what can I do?

Please try to increase the allocated memory to 256M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

the provider changed the limit to 256 M, now I got the message

I tryed to chance the settings at php.ini and wp_config but it doesnt work.
and I cant use the dashboard.Best regards

just done, please try to log in then you can see , dashboard not available and the error message :(
