    Hi,

    The favicon that I had before installing your theme still show even if I uploaded a new favicon via General Layout>Favicon. I also tried to find the file (in FileZilla) and replace it there directly but I don’t know in which folder the favicon can be found.

    Can you please help.

    Can you please try clear your cache and hard refresh it and check again?

    Hi,

    I cleared cache the first time I noticed this problem and more than that 2 days ago I reinstalled everything in my laptop and issue is still there. Not sure why.

    Which file extension did you use?

    Hi, I don’t get it as I’m working on it right now and it is up on all of my devices. I used a png file. I posted the link the image on the Private Content section.

    Please convert the file to .ico and try it again.
    That might help you solve that issue.
