    I’ve tried it all from function.php to php.ini to .htaccess none of them work, we still stuck at 8 MB
    I also have asked our hosting(shared) they said they set the limit to 128 MB

    Please help

    Hi Rikard,

    The issue have been resolved, the size is increased now. But we still can’t upload videos using the media uploader, the upload looked like it’s working at 1st but when the upload was completed, the video didn’t show up

    We insist uploading the videos to our website without using other video hosting service. Please help

    Could you upload the video to a shared google drive or dropbox space so that we can try from our end please?

    If upload using media library, we got HTTP error
    If upload using avia layout builder, upload looked like its completed but there is no file

    After updating to WP 4.6 the upload using media library is working now. Still not working via layout builder HTTP error

    Hi,

    Please upgrade the theme from version 3.5.1 to version 3.7.1. That should fix the issue.
