At the first: I need Envira Gallery. For my needs there are only two WordPress Galleries (NEGgen and Envira) and I need a galery which can display quickly large amounts of pictures.
Now there are a lot of display faults with Enfold. I have checked: this problems appear only on Envira, not at all other six themes I tried.
The problems in detail:
- More than one album (each album contain some different galleries) on one page will display at beginning not in the arranged grid (managed by envira gallery). This problem changes by refreshing page. I first though it would be an envira issue but ist does work well with other themes.
- If I use tabs the album grid will be destroyed. Not all galleries of the album will be displayed at the first view. Refreshing the page will help.
- If I want to show name of the galleries in an album it would work. Sometimes. In most circumstances titles will be displayed in different distanced to the previews of the galleries. Refreshe could help but sometimes it increases the problem. This problem appears only with kriesi themes.
- Gallery will be displayed in a similiar way. One or more refreshes on the page will help. Of course this is not the behaviour a homepage should work. This issue appears not when I use other themes.
Nearly all problems you could see on my page (www. weinzettl.info) at menu item “Bilder” -> “Kategorien”. I have to say this page will not be seen endlessly long as it is. Just to say because often it take a long time before someone looks at support tickets.
As I recognizes when checking out other themes: Envira works rather slowly on Enfold compare with other but simplier Themes.
Could theese be problems related wo AVIA builder?

we are not familiar with this plugin, never heard of it to be honest. What is plugin’s author saying about it? hopefully he can help you.

He said what I expected: As envira plugin is working fine and as it should on all other themes we tried (and escepially on the theme he told us to test), he told us to connect with you. And I expected an answer like this.“we are not familiar with this plugin, never heard of it to be honest.”
look around in your own support-forum. ;) Thre are a couple of threads about envira gallery – and some of them could be solved. Threfore I asked.Best Regard.
P.S.: Wie du mir sagtest, ich könnte mit dir auch Deutsch reden/schreiben: Du hattest auch erwähnt, dass nur sehr wenige Mods Deutsch verstehen. Und nachdem jede Antwort (egal ob Englisch oder Deutsch) hier länger dauert als ich zu fürchten wagte, weiß ich leider nie, wer meine Frage liest – und dann womöglich nicht beantworten kann. ;)

We cant help with installation of WordPress itself, 3rd party plugins that were not part of the theme package or heavy theme customization.

Of course envira is a third party plugin. But as I have seen several questions regarding this gallery, some of them solved, I was nearly force to place my questions. ;)
