Tagged: theme update
Hello,
When I would like to update my Enfold theme, my WordPress is telling me “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.5.2)”.
But the latest version is now 3.7. Thus I don’t understand why I can’t find any update from my WordPress.

Please try the following plugin in order to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If that should not working the please post admin login details in private and we’ll have a closer look.

the plugins mentioned is deactivated, please activate it. I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

I’ve executed what you’ve mentionned but it didn’t solve anything unfortunately.
I will contact the assistance and maintenance departement from my web hoster who is managing also all security and catching settings from my website to fix the problem.

Hey Laurent,
That has happen to me as well, what I have learned to do is just to reload the page (sometimes twice). Then it will show that an update is available for Enfold.

The problem has been fixed.
Its origin was as simple as an incorrect Themeforest User Name on the Theme Update page.
