    After updating both WP & Enfold the visual editor on both the Visual tab & Text tab only show HTML and in white letters. I can use the Advance Editor but once we open up a text box to edit in that problem occurs.

    Thanks for the login details, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

    Just deactivated all plugins and still have the issue.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Install Enfold over FTP
