First I have deleted Old version Enfold Folder, and then Transfer the new one via FTP

Please make sure you are running the latest version of our theme
After that, consider to disable all the plugins and give it a try after.Let us know if that works out for you.

Something must have gone wrong when you transferred the theme, please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
